Meghan Robinson, MSc, a standout member of the Class of 2017, whose career path exemplifies dedication and leadership!

After graduating from College Academy at Broward College, Meghan pursued a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University, followed by a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Science from Florida International University. Her academic journey laid a strong foundation for her career in Human Resources and organizational development.

Meghan currently excels as a Senior Talent & Organizational Development Analyst at Parexel, a leading clinical research organization. In this role, she contributes to shaping organizational strategies, developing leaders, assessing company culture, and tackling company-wide challenges in the talent space. Her work is vital in driving organizational success and fostering a positive work environment. 

Meghan’s expertise spans across all areas of Human Resources leadership, from controlling costs to enhancing team strengths and optimizing performance. She has honed her skills in recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and policy formation, making her a versatile and valuable asset in her field.

In addition to her role at Parexel, Meghan has also consulted for various industries, including biotech and pharmaceuticals. Her consulting experience has involved crafting recruitment strategies, conducting candidate assessments, and advising on employee retention and engagement, further demonstrating her comprehensive understanding of Human Resources dynamics.
